Essay

         For my project I manipulated each of my five terms that describe me and made them look like their actual meaning. I used rhythm in this piece, starting with the big word patient which then draws your attention to supportive all the way around in a circle until you get to the word calm in the middle. I also used the element scale. Patient is much larger and bolder than the rest of the words and the word gentle is smaller than any other of the words. My art project I also believe has balance to it because the words are spread out evenly and it is not top heavy nor bottom heavy.

            The word supportive is my favorite word I did. The ive in the word is looks as if it is supporting the rest of the word in the air. The way I approached the word patient is by spread each letter out as if it’s taking its time forming the entire word. Also the letters are in bold which shows the strength in having patience. The word calm I have each letter getting smaller starting from the c all the way down to the m. This shows a relaxed decrease in the word and it gives off a calm existence.
