The colors in your piece seem to generate the feeling that you're looking for - the different shades of blue suggest peace and serenity to me.
My suggestion to improve your artwork be to work on the hierarchy. After 'Patient' I'm not sure where my eye is supposed to go - I seem to be drawn to 'Calm' or 'Gentle' next, although your write-up states they are supposed to be two of the last. You might want to play with the size of your fonts a little.
